If for any reason your item doesn’t work out, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Item condition
The product must not be used or show any signs of wear, washing, or odor. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Return request
To begin the return process, please fill out the return form on our website. Returns without a prior request will not be accepted.
Shipping the item
Returns must be mailed to the address provided in the form after your request is approved.
Inspection and refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (within 3–5 business days), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Exceptions
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original tags will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.
